The Johnson guitar company has only been been manufacturing electric guitars since the mid 90's. Johnson, like so many others, has guitar grades considered to be budget as well as professional grades. Johnson also builds resonator and acoustic guitars in addition to basses, amps, mandolins, ukuleles and effects. Johnson electric guitars are imported.
